We offer refunds of your latest charge if requested within ninety (90) days of the billing date for subscriptions (in case you were signed up, meant to cancel, or forgot). Your subscription will end the moment your refund is processed.
We have a very liberal refund policy and believe strongly in customer satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied in any way with a product purchase made through us, let us know within ninety (90) days of purchasing your product, and we’ll send you a full refund, no questions asked.
Sometimes customers use chargebacks to get refunds, either because they weren’t satisfied with a product or because they decide they don’t want to pay for it. Chargebacks impact our credit with our bank and force us to pay an additional chargeback fee in addition to the product refund. For this reason, we fight chargebacks to the full extent of the law; this includes using debt collection agencies and civil court proceedings.
